Roxanne (Roxy) McCray developed and organized NFL Wives for Change. The group is comprised of wives of veteran NFL players and was founded to increase and protect the benefits of retired NFL players suffering from cognitive impairment, CTE and other life-altering disabilities. NFL Wives for Change often partners with another nonprofit, Advocacy for Fairness in Sports, which brings together retired players, attorneys and journalists working for better treatment of NFL retirees.

Roxy has over 10 years of experience in sales providing business solutions to Fortune 500 Companies. She has closed and managed large national accounts with Disney (ABC, ESPN), Computer Sciences Corporation, IBM Global Services, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Advance Micro Devices, Intel, Boeing , Silicon Graphics, and Oracle.

Roxy is a graduate of San Jose State University with degrees in Psychology and African American Studies. While there, she competed for the school in track and field.
