Neal Jameson is a union organizer with over 5+ years of

experience in both public and private sector. As a former

athlete, Neal knows the demand of the game and the

sacrifices that athletes must make. But, as an organizer

he not only believes that student-athletes should be

classified as employees, but that worker rights are

human rights and must extend to all workers across all

industries including collegiate athletics.
