Gaelin Elmore

Gaelin is a former college football player at the University of Minnesota. He played in over 38 games in just 3 years for the Gophers before graduating early with a degree in Communication Studies. He then played his final year at East Carolina University while pursuing his masters degree. Gaelin played one year for the Pirates before a short stint in the NFL with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Gaelin is now a professional in the nonprofit sector and currently serves as the Director of Coaching for the Forgotten Initiative, a faith-based nonprofit that helps launch ministries that serve the foster care community. Gaelin, a former foster youth himself, is also a professional keynote speaker, consultant and workshop facilitator. His aim is to revise the way the world values and responds to adversity, specifically in the child welfare space.
